Duna è stata ispirata dalla logica coerente ma astratta delle formazioni dunali che sfidano le tradizionali geometrie cartesiane. Il suo concetto di design è realizzato in una coppia tridimensionale, asimmetrica, di forme di vetro intersecate. La superficie striata del vetro di cristallo produce effetti di riflessione e rifrazione in continuo cambiamento. Le sorgenti luminose direzionate in modo stretto irradiano la luce attraverso la massa di vetro nell'intero elemento di vetro, evidenziandone la geometria.
