La inspiración detrás del diseño: “Dijo que consistía en un brazo vertical fijo y una caja cilíndrica con una ranura para la luz, que subía y bajaba: se detenía con un tornillo. Reemplazó el brazo con un cable metálico que, al doblarse, crea fricción y permite colocar la lámpara en la posición deseada sin necesidad de tornillos”.
